Do you take walk-ins?
Walk ins welcome — booking ahead guarantees your preferred stylist and time slot.
Can I request a specific stylist?
Yes. When booking, select your preferred stylist directly. We want you to build a consistent relationship with someone who knows your hair.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens - first cancelation is free of charge. Additional cancellation with less than 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
Cancelling or rescheduling within 1 hour of your appointment time is considered a no-show.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees and ensure availability for your preferred time.
Please arrive on time so we can provide the full experience you've booked. Clients who are 10–15 minutes late may still receive their haircut, but the wash and/or style portion of the service may be forfeited to stay on schedule.
A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize DASH Men's Grooming to charge your card in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
Our team may offer a brief grace period or make exceptions at their discretion. Communication is key — please contact us as soon as possible if you're running behind.
