Our Story: How DASH Came to Life
DASH Men’s Grooming was built on friendship, shared vision, and two complementary career paths that came together at the perfect time.
Danielle and Amy first met at Paul Mitchell, where they quickly became best friends. Even from the beginning, their passions naturally split in two directions. Danielle gravitated toward men’s grooming and precision cutting, while Amy dove into women’s styling and color. What they didn’t know then was that their different paths would eventually blend into the perfect foundation for DASH.
Over the years, both worked across multiple salon environments, gaining the kind of experience you can only earn by doing it all.
• Danielle spent time as an assistant, handled administrative duties in high school, worked in a commission salon, and eventually built a thriving business in her own salon suite.
• Amy mastered every side of the industry: working in commission salons, running her own salon suite, and eventually transitioning into booth rent. Through each phase, she developed a deep understanding of how different salon structures operate, what stylists need to succeed, and what creates a healthy, supportive work environment.
After years of personal and professional growth, they realized their combined strengths created the perfect balance.
Danielle thrives behind the chair and brings creativity, technique, and client experience to the core of DASH.
Amy excels behind the scenes: operations, systems, organization, finances, and is now stepping away from behind the chair to focus fully on back-of-house operations and stylist support. Her background in every salon structure gives her a rare, well-rounded insight that will help every stylist at DASH feel guided, supported, and set up for success.
Together, they designed DASH to be more than a barbershop.
It’s a space built with intention, where clients feel taken care of and where stylists have the structure, leadership, and community they need to grow. Their opposite but complementary strengths make DASH a place where talent, business, culture, and creativity all meet under one roof.

Our brand prides itself on delivering unparalleled services tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including barbers certified in Non-Surgical Hair Replacement for individuals dealing with hair loss. Our haircuts are crafted to complement your face shape, lifestyle, and personal style, ensuring you leave feeling confident and refreshed. We offer a range of services including waxing for eyebrows, nose, & ears, as well as precise beard trims and beard line ups to achieve defined beard lines. Experience our straight razor shaves for a flawlessly clean-shaven face. For grey hairs, color camo services will blend all hair.
Policies
Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life happens — your first cancellation will be free of charge.
After that, any future cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service total. Cancelling or rescheduling within 1 hour of your appointment time is considered a no-show.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees and ensure availability for your preferred time.
Please arrive on time so we can provide the full experience you’ve booked. Clients who are 10–15 minutes late may still receive their haircut, but the wash and/or style portion of the service may be forfeited to stay on schedule.
A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize DASH Men’s Grooming to charge your card in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
We understand that unexpected things happen. Our team may offer a brief grace period or make exceptions at their discretion. Communication is key — please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
