Meet Danielle Grady, Co-Founder of DASH
With 12 years in the salon industry and 8 years behind the chair, Danielle brings a blend of creativity, technical skill, and genuine care to every client she serves. A graduate of the Paul Mitchell program with advanced training from American Crew in Chicago, continually pushing her skills to new heights with advanced education.
After 4.5 years of building a thriving business in her own salon suite, Danielle, alongside her co-founder, have expanded that vision into DASH. Together, they created a space designed not only for clients, but also for barbers and stylists to grow, succeed, and feel fully supported. Known for her precision cutting and her ability to help every guest feel genuinely confident, Danielle has shaped DASH into a place where quality, comfort, and community meet.
Danielle’s passion is helping clients look sharp, feel confident, and enjoy an experience that feels tailored just for them. Her dedication to quality and comfort plays a key role in shaping the environment that defines DASH.

Meet Amy, Co-Founder of DASH Men’s Grooming
With 9 years of experience in the salon industry, Amy brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of salon culture, stylist needs, and client care. Her career has taken her through every major salon environment. From working in a commission salon, to owning her own successful suite, to operating as a booth rent stylist. This journey has given her a rare perspective on what truly supports stylists at every stage of their careers.
While Amy’s primary focus has long been women’s hair, she is highly skilled in men’s grooming, precision cutting, and creating clean, modern looks. She is certified in several renowned color programs and is an established extension specialist, known for her attention to detail and ability to tailor services to each client’s individual style. At DASH, Amy will continue cutting men’s hair as part of the core team while the shop grows and new stylists join.
Amy is now transitioning into her true passion: supporting the business from behind the scenes. As the back-of-house operational leader, she oversees systems, administration, and stylist support. Her unique combination of salon experience and business strengths makes her an invaluable resource for every barber and stylist at DASH.
Her mission is to help create a space where artists feel guided, supported, and empowered, ensuring that DASH is not just a barbershop, but a place where careers truly grow.

Meet Ana — Senior Stylist & Director of Education at DASH Men’s Grooming
With over two decades of experience across two continents, Ana brings an exceptional level of expertise, leadership, and passion to DASH Men’s Grooming. Her career spans roles as a stylist, educator, and esthetician, making her one of the most well-rounded professionals in the industry.
Ana began her journey at a small barbershop in Philadelphia where she learned the art of men’s hair. She then went on to continue her education at Vidal Sassoon where she refined her cutting skills. Later as an International Educator for American Crew, she traveled to train stylists in advanced men’s grooming, cutting techniques, and professional development. Her leadership continued as she worked as a commissioned stylist which led to her position as the Director of Education at a high-performing salon, shaping the growth and success of an entire team.
Today, Ana owns a thriving esthetician business while returning to her roots behind the chair at DASH. As DASH’s Director of Education, she will lead onboarding, training, and continuous development for commissioned stylists, ensuring every artist who joins the team has the skills, support, and confidence to thrive.
Combining global experience with a genuine love for mentorship, Ana brings a standard of excellence that elevates every aspect of the DASH experience, for both clients and stylists alike.
